Our Story
Aswad Construction Company was founded in the early 1970s in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, with a simple but powerful mission: to deliver quality civil construction that serves the nation. Starting with road construction contracts in Madhya Pradesh, the company quickly built a reputation for on-time delivery and engineering precision.
In 2013, the business was formally incorporated as Aswad Construction Company Limited — a public limited company — with Mr. M.A. Mannan as Founder and Chairman. This restructuring enabled the company to pursue larger government contracts and expand into new business verticals.
Today, Aswad Construction Company Limited is a Class 'A' Government registered company, ISO 9001:2015 certified, and has executed over 1,200 projects across 12 Indian states. The company serves both government and private sector clients with a workforce of over 5,000 employees.
